I've been stuck these couple of days at drawing nothing so it was pretty great when this song about a rat race started playing.

About references.. I've been watching drawing videos for the past few weeks and I learned that it's totally fine to make use of references. I always had this notion that I should be able to draw from my imagination alone.

I had a bit of trouble with the feet. I should have spent more time in studying the references. Funny thing was that I did not realize that I need to paint fur as well. That was pretty challenging for me.

I spent a longer time painting this fellow than I should have. I lost my motivation a couple times so I'm really glad I managed to get this done.

P.S. I completely forgot to add the whiskers!
