Sketchwork: Sock portal express

This week is a sockful of sock sketches. It may seem like a strange choice but hey, I like sock monsters.
One thing I noticed when doing these sketches is that I don't take my time. I quickly draw the lines on my sketchpad and make things messy.
Oftentimes, I get carried away with darkening areas and end up with confusing folds and unneeded shadows.
"Behold my stripy sock-scarf!". He only started with two legs but then he looks like he's about to fall over so I added two more.
I think sock monsters are adorable when you can't see them.
Anyway, since we're on the subject of socks, meet "Captain blaArhg" from last year.
